Unbabel was named a “Leader” in Localization overall, and across three specific categories based on customer size: Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small Business. In addition, customers loved Unbabel’s ease-of-use and superior support, which was reflected in the following new badges:

Strong customer satisfaction also landed Unbabel the “High Performer” badge for in the Machine Translation category , and the “Best Meets Requirements” badge.

Perhaps best of all, Unbabel kept its “Users Love Us” status going strong for the second consecutive quarter. The “Users Love Us” badge is reserved for companies who have at least 20 reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars. Unbabel continues to achieve high marks, with a 4.6 out of 5 star rating.
